Douglas Arquette - Founder
Douglas Arquette, LUTCF, FSS, and CIF, is a seasoned financial services leader with decades of experience driving growth and profitability. As Senior General Manager for AIG Financial Network, Douglas oversaw growth offices across San Bernardino, Bakersfield, South Texas, New Mexico, and Las Vegas, consistently transforming underperforming locations into some of the most profitable in the company.
During his tenure, Douglas served as a trainer for upper management at AIG/AGLA and led the Direct and Independent Marketing Channels, implementing innovative strategies that reshaped distribution models. His specialized hybrid approach—partnering with CPA firms, payroll companies, school districts, municipalities, IMOs, and independent agents—set a new standard for collaboration and market penetration.
Douglas retired from AIG Financial Network in February 2014, leaving behind a legacy of unique marketing strategies and sustainable profitability. He remains an active member of GAMA International and LAMP, reflecting his commitment to leadership excellence and industry advancement.
